Rebekah Levit, Executive Director
As the Executive Director, Rebekah has the ultimate responsibility for the administration and operation of Rogerson House. She maintains an open-door policy and provides support to all residents, families and staff. Though new to Rogerson House this year, she has a long standing relationship with Rogerson Communities, and feels as if she is returning home in re-joining the Rogerson team! When not at Rogerson, Rebekah spends time with her two daughters cheering on the Boston College hockey teams.
Mary Ellen Susi, Business Manager
Mary Ellen handles all billing, financial and accounting processes. She also supervises the reception team. Mary Ellen is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding billing, payments and general information about Rogerson House. Mary Ellen has been at Rogerson House for over 20 years! When not at Rogerson she enjoys time with her daughters and grandchildren and loves to relax by knitting or crocheting.
Moises Martinez, Facilities Manager
Moises is responsible for the buildings, grounds and operations at Rogerson House. He oversees the housekeeping and laundry departments as well. Moises is available to help families with any issues regarding the living environment at Rogerson. Moises has been at Rogerson House for 16 years! He enjoys spending time with his daughters and his pets Pug and Sassy.
Sheryl Clarke, Resident Care Director
Sheryl oversees the health and wellness of all Rogerson House Residents. She manages the nursing team and the nursing assistants. She is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your loved one’s health. Sheryl has been with Rogerson House for over 12 years!
Michele Stephenson, Outreach and Resident Services Director
Michele assists residents, participants and caregivers throughout the move in process and continues that relationship by providing on-going support. She also builds relationships with healthcare professionals and the outside community. Michele comes to Rogerson House with a wealth of experience in senior living including having managed a memory care neighborhood. In her free time she likes to take long walks, visit museums and travel.
Karen Prest, Director of Therapeutic Recreation
Karen brings energy and a hands-on approach to her role overseeing our expansive Recreation Department and all of the programs that are offered in both our Assisted Living and Day Programs. Her prior experience also includes managing a memory care neighborhood and extensive experience as a dementia educator. She looks forward to sunny summer days vacationing with her family, including two children, in Bar Harbor.
Patrick Lynch, Director of Dining Services
Patrick leads the Dining Department at Rogerson House. He plans healthy and beautiful menus, and ensures that meals are a true dining experience. He truly believes in bringing the same care and comfort found in our own home kitchens to the food he prepares. He has experience working as a Professional and Executive Chef for over 30 years. When he is not at Rogerson House he enjoys golf, fishing and learning from his children.
